Does Lola test on animals?

No. No. No. Did we say no? No. Lola Cosmetics does not hurt any furry friends in the making of its products. We manufacture more of our own products in our own labs. The staff (all human) test products in office and give their “kiss of approval” when it meets their personal liking. Lola Cosmetics does not approve of any animal testing in the supply chain and sources its raw ingredients from cruelty-free vendors.

Is Lola made in USA?

Yes! Most of Lola’s products are made in our very own lab in Los Angeles, California, USA. Although some of our packaging comes from overseas, our formulas (the actual product itself) is developed and manufactured and filled right here in the USA. Our design and online production is also produced in the USA. We are proud supporters of our local economy!

How much does shipping cost?

Currently we offer FREE Ground Shipping domestically (48 states only) on orders $40 dollars and above before taxes (including all sale items).  Delivery times on all standard orders within the domestic shipping take 5-8 business days. All orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent via USPS Priority Mail for $10.50. Delivery for standard orders takes up to approximately 2 weeks.

FedEx 2nd Day is shipped for $12.00. Orders for addresses in Canada will be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail for $20.00 (no free shipping offer). Transit time is 7-14 business days depending on destination. Customer is responsible for any customs, duties and taxes charges, if any.

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or internationally. Please contact us for information on where you can find our products. Costs include Shipping & Handling fees. *Beauty Partners, Inc. (“Beauty Partners”) provides a tracking number for all orders shipped out. Beauty Partners is not responsible if a customer claims a package has not arrived but the tracking information indicates it has arrived to the correct address. Cases on missing packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally, except to Canada.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Lola Cosmetics products, but if for any reason you need to make a return, has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item in your order.
Simply include a copy of your sales order with the return and detail the reason for returning the product(s). Securely wrap the package and send your return by FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you happen to order the wrong shade or product, we don’t want you to have to wait for the return to process (we know how exciting it is to get that PERFECT shade of lip gloss!). Simply place a new order and return the wrong shade or product.
Beauty Partners, Inc. (“Beauty Partners”) is not responsible for any shipping fees or handling involved in the exchange. Beauty Partners is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be
sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. You can always get another copy by printing your email confirmation order. For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:
