Victoria Jackson
Founder, CEO, LOLA Cosmetics

A renowned make-up artist and successful entrepreneur, Victoria Jackson has helped thousands of women discover their inner and outer beauty through the power of make-up. Today, Victoria embarks on a new phase in her career launching LOLA Cosmetics - an upscale, hip color cosmetic and skin care line.

Victoria began her career in the make-up industry after graduating from cosmetology school. With hard work and determination Victoria landed her first paying job - the cover of People magazine. It wasn't long before more assignments followed from fashion shoots and print advertisements to TV commercials and record albums.

Victoria enjoyed success as a premier Hollywood make-up artist for over 13 years and worked with a wide range of well-known celebrities including Jessica Lange, Robert Redford, Rene Russo, Kate Capshaw, Mel Gibson, and Michael Douglas, among others. Her work also graced the covers of prestigious magazines such as Time and Rolling Stone, and over 100 album covers for recording artists such as Carly Simon, James Taylor, Diana Ross, Reba McEntire, and Ringo Starr.

Along the way, Victoria adopted a "less is more" philosophy, helping clients achieve a more natural look with make-up. In 1989, she launched Victoria Jackson Cosmetics, a "no make-up" make-up approach to color cosmetics sold through innovative infomercials. Victoria found instant success and went on to develop a full line of skin care and cosmetics that currently boasts over 100 products with gross sales totaling over $400 million.

Based on her strong belief in the healing power of make-up and its effect on women's self esteem, Victoria has written two books: Redefining Beauty (Time Warner), and Make Up Your Life: Every Woman's Guide to the Power of Make-up (Harper Collins). She also founded highly successful self-esteem programs for cancer patients at Cedars Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center, for incarcerated women at Sybil Brand Institute for Women, as well as for young, abused women at MacLaren's Children's Center.

Victoria resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband and three children.
